Preservation
We work closely with civic leaders, private entities and corporate sponsors to revitalize historic creative spaces and to create new ones. Current projects include Historic Doris Miller Auditorium Revitalization, Texas Music Museum Preservation, and a robust Downtown Creative Hub plan including free community space, parking and safe escort solutions.
Paid Performances
Through a number of fantastic community partnerships with the Trail Conservancy, Easy Tiger, Workforce Solutions and Armadillo World Headquarters, we have been able to offer gig opportunities at our established city standard pay rate of $200 per musician and higher, with over $300K paid out thus far.
Equity Efforts
By doing deep listening within each diverse community, we are able to offer solutions that address access, opportunity, and safety for our Black, Latinx, AAPI, LGBTQIA+, Women and Disabled musicians.
