In late March 2026, Austin Texas Musicians plans to launch our most ambitious year of educational programming yet—centered around a brand-new Quarterly Master Class Series designed to give working musicians the practical, real-world training they need to thrive.
These deep-dive Master Classes, each led by industry professionals, will explore the most essential skills for building a sustainable music career:
Sync Licensing: Learn how to pitch your catalog, navigate contracts, and secure placements in film, TV, gaming, and digital media.
Legal Essentials: Understand copyright, ownership, agreements, and how to protect your work.
Marketing & Public Relations: Strengthen your brand, build your audience, and amplify your story.
Music Income Streams: Break down royalties, PROs, publishing, mechanicals, and new earning opportunities.
As a special addition to this year’s lineup, ATXM is introducing the Artist to Entrepreneur Mastermind, a 12-week guided cohort experience that helps musicians turn their creative skills into a long-term business strategy. Through personalized coaching and peer support, participants will learn how to expand revenue, build strong brands, and shift from gig-to-gig survival into intentional, sustainable career growth.
Together with our Night Shift industry mixers, business workshops, and community partnerships, ATXM’s 2026 education programming is designed to uplift, empower, and equip Austin musicians for long-term success.
