Whether you're a musician, songwriter, producer, venue owner, manager, promoter, educator, nonprofit leader, student, photographer, or simply passionate about Austin's live music community, ATXM Night Shift is where meaningful connections are made.
Hosted by Austin Texas Musicians (ATXM), Night Shift brings together every part of Austin's music ecosystem for an evening of networking, collaboration, live performances, and community building—all at no cost to attend. RSVP is required.
Location: How Much?! Studios, North East Austin, 7 pm-10 pm.

Performers are selected through our Open Mic Lottery, creating opportunities for both emerging and established artists to share their music.

Meet musicians, producers, venue owners, talent buyers, music nonprofits, recording studios, photographers, videographers, educators, and other professionals working to support Austin's music community.
🎵 Community Partners
Connect with organizations including SIMS Foundation, HAAM (Health Alliance for Austin Musicians), and other community partners offering valuable resources for musicians.
📸 Professional Photography
Capture new promotional photos while networking. Selected Open Mic performers may also be featured in future ATXM photo galleries.

Highlights from the evening and selected Open Mic performances may be featured on ATXM's website and social media channels.

Open Mic Information
• Open Mic performers are selected by lottery.
• Sign up when you arrive.
• Performance slots are limited.
• Quick changeovers help maximize participation.
ATXM House Guitar Available
An ATXM house guitar will be available for performers, along with additional instruments provided by How Much Studios, including a piano. You're always welcome to bring your own instrument if you prefer.
